Under his leadership, Burlington created highly regarded communities including Legal Support Network (LSN), Legal Practice Management (LPM) and the Briefing communities, bringing together thousands of senior legal professionals to share insight, best practice and innovation. These communities helped shape industry conversations and cemented David's reputation as a trusted connector and influential figure within the legal profession.

David began his career in legal practice with Thomas Eggar Solicitors (now Irwin Mitchell) and Hanne & Co Solicitors before spending nine years in legal recruitment, experiences that provided the foundations for the extensive network and commercial understanding he draws upon today.
